It is a Limited liability company incorporated under Cap 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Company is duly registered with a Certificate of in Corporation No. 41728 issued on 13th July 2001, in the name of MR. CONSULTANCY. It then changed name on 16th August 2002 and opted to the current name of M&R AGENCY LIMITED .

M&R AGENCY LIMITED is an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by highly qualified and experienced Tanzanian professionals comprising of four Directors of long standing experience in the field of Economic Planning, Land Use Planning and Strategic Planning, Asset & Property Valuation; Land Administration; Property Management and Fixed Asset Register Management.

M&R AGENCY boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 22 professional associates and 2 support staff.

Of the three directors who are also shareholders of the company, two are professional Fully Registered Valuers (FRS) by the National Council of Professional Surveyors, also licensed by the same Council to practice Valuation; and Property Management. The other two directors are in the process of Registration.

To supplement its consultancy services, M&R AGENCY Ltd also outsources services from other independent specialists from the general public as and when the need for such multidisciplinary approach arises.

We have a maximum insurance cover of up to Tshs 1,000,000,000 with ALLIANCE INSURANCE CORPORATION. This is the kind of Policy that is required in this type of Professional Valuation Services.
